Operation modes: OBD DC JTAG

In DC mode: No need to disassemble ECU. Cable needed:   - DC2-PTM cable   or    DC2-EDC7+PTM+FFR cable   In JTAG mode: Need to disassemble ECU. Need for additional cables:   - DC2U-ISP-JTAG+BDM dongle  - DC2U-JTAG8 open flex cable    Video: MAN PTM read/write Flash MPC5554 in JTAG mode
